HANDLING OF PUBLIC GRIEVANCE PETITIONS

 

   

E-JANASPANDANA:  The public grievance petitions received in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Janaspandana) are being sent to all the departments/offices of Government through “e-janaspandana” online with the main intention and aim to dispose of the grievance petitions received from the public immediately  without any delay by the concerned offices.

CPGRAMS:Grievance petitions forwarded by the Government of India are received in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Janaspandana) through the Central Government’s public grievance portal, Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS). These petitions are transmitted to the concerned departments online  for taking necessary action.
